Taps the best in others, empowering them to connect, create, and celebrate the ease with which all of us can make an impact.
Susie Schub founded Caring Capital™ on the premise that teambuilding and corporate social responsibility can and should be one and the same. Caring Capital helps companies help communities while helping their bottom line. Since 2009, Susie and her team of professional teaching artists have empowered 44,000 employees nationwide to function better as teams – by making gifts for neighbors in need. Each Caring Capital event embodies Susie’s exacting standards for program excellence along with her broad vision for social impact. Her collaborative approach turns HR challenges into employee engagement successes, advancing both collegiality and the common good.
The UN’s Aim2Flourish initiative, which celebrates business innovations for global good, recently awarded Caring Capital Exemplar Recognition, applauding the company’s focus: instead of striving to be the best IN the world, being the best FOR the world.
