Susie Schub founded Caring Capital™ to drive employee engagement through social impact.
Since 2009, Susie and her team of Master Teaching Artists have empowered over 50,000 employees worldwide to function better as teams by making gifts for neighbors in need. A dynamic speaker, Susie addresses Chambers of Commerce, MBA programs, and community galas on the power of cause-driven social responsibility.
Susie earned an AB in psychology from Brown University and an MSW in social work management from Boston University. She co-founded and served as president of Preschool Advantage, and held leadership roles in both the United Way of Morris County and the County College of Morris Educational Opportunity Fund.
The United Nation’s Aim2Flourish initiative, which celebrates business innovations for global good, applauded Caring Capital: “Instead of striving to be the best IN the world, for being the best FOR the world.” Other organizations honoring Caring Capital have included CBS-TV, NJBIZ, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Children’s Aid and Family Services, and Head Start Community Program.
